Industrial production, tailor’s precision
6,500 m² in Abbas Abad Industrial Town — 4 suit lines, 2 shirt lines, automated cutting and computer-aided pattern-making, under Italian supervision.

Design & pattern-making
Jamineh’s design team, led by Yasaman Niknejad (fashion design graduate, Germany), works with advanced CAD systems. From a single base pattern, all sizes and drops are graded automatically, and patterns for garment parts (lining, interlining and more) are drafted automatically.
Customers’ custom patterns are designed and executed in the same system — from size adjustments to today’s styles, matching the taste of the Iranian market.

Quality control
An employee scoring system: each worker checks their own output before passing it on, section supervisors verify results, and defective outputs are immediately returned for correction. The result: a product that has been checked several times before it reaches you.

Warehouse & automation
Every incoming item carries a unique ID (type, size, colour), and fabrics are inspected by a fabric-checking machine before entering the line. Interconnected hanging rails and warehouse automation make accurate multi-product order fulfilment possible.
